Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

We currently ship orders across India using reliable courier and delivery partners.

After your order has been dispatched, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, festivals or unforeseen courier delays.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or complimentary delivery above a specified order value.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via the contact details provided during checkout.

You can use the tracking information to follow your parcel's journey until it reaches you.

If your package appears delayed, damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist.

For damaged packages, we recommend taking photographs of the parcel and packaging before opening or disposing of it.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Unexpected courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery timelines.

Orders may also be subject to additional verification before dispatch for security purposes.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes can only be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Our delivery partner may make multiple attempts to deliver your order. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided address.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient or repeated failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

For Cash on Delivery orders, the order may be subject to additional verification before dispatch.

At present, we ship orders within India only unless otherwise specified on our website.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout.
